The apartament is totally renovated with new furniture, wifi and satelite tv with great offer of channels. The kitchen is also new with great utensiles (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). In the basement of the villa it is possible to use the laundry room. Lockable car parking is available .
