Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Welcome to your small, fine accommodation home. It is only about 15 minutes by car ( 18 km) to the airport port of Munich and the beautiful wellness spa Erding is only about 20 minutes away by car. You will live quietly on the outskirts of the village in a newly renovated tiny apartment & own garage. The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a baker (with daily necessities), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

It has a separate bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. We have made it cozy for you with a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed and a pull-out sofa. Free Wi-Fi is available to you at all times. There is also a parking space at your doorstep free of charge.

Quiet, bright apartment in the north of Landshut

The apartment has its own entrance, The staircase leads to the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room there is a sofa with table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, bed 1.40 cm wide with a soft mattress (up to 70 kg) and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
