My girlfriend and I had a fantastic weekend stay at Ally’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and very well maintained. The furniture is brand-new and high-quality, and the space is filled with artistic touches and charming decorations. Ally and Simon were wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and scenic, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of my favorite spots was a cozy music corner in the living room, equipped with a piano, guitar, and a great selection of sheet music—ideal for music lovers. We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer!

Had the nicest stay at Rachel’s house. The perfect location for a weekend away with friends. Walking distance to lovely cafes and pubs. Perfect for either a chilled weekend away but also options to go out. Such a lovely spacious house. Rachel was a great host and went above and beyond to include extra details for my birthday. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Easy to check in, clean, and has a large parking slot. Kate prepared the baby cot for us before arrival. Also, there was a game of finding the six ducks that we enjoyed playing!

Cathy is enormously helpful and kind at the same time as giving you complete privacy and space. A lovely host. And the annex is very pretty and snug and has everything I required. Fabulous footpaths and verdant countryside, and the village Coop is impressive.

booked at last minute as let down with another booking. great location everything nearby, parking down the road. The plough was a lovely pub and food was nice. The decor and the overall space of the place was amazing. so clean and felt at home. lovely little touches like the bread,brownies and even the lovely toiletries that smelt devine! the travel cot was set up for us which was nice and clean. would stay again if ever in the area!

What a beautiful idilic cottage. We were attending our daughter’s wedding locally and staying here was so relaxing. Bill and Hazel are warm friendly hosts. Furnishings are fantastic. The extra touches of welcoming wine, bread, divine butter, jams and cereals with milk and Nespresso all added that special extra. Friends are already asking us about it for a Warwick based trip. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place for both 2 legged and 4 legged friends with plenty of beautiful walks. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, letting us use their paddocks to exercise our GSD. The Writer’s retreat sits within beautifully maintained grounds and has everything required for a break away. I appreciated the thoughtful additions of condiments and spices in the kitchen . If you love books there are shelves and shelves of them; on wet days hunkering down with a book wouldn’t be a problem! Now we’ve discovered this little haven we will definitely return when there is another family get together in Stratford.

Stratford has no shortage of places to stay, but this property is far superior to most. The host has modelled the accommodation perfectly, to give it a modern, clean appeal, while feeling relaxed and homely. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the town on foot - the RSC is only a short walk away, the Birthplace, even closer. Nearby restaurants abound, although remember, this is Stratford, so everything does close a little earlier. That said, there are lots of takeaways and supermarkets in close proximity if you prefer to eat at home, using the apartment’s well appointed, modern kitchen. The host is extremely helpful, offering detailed instructions pre-arrival, and was friendly and responsive at all times. I will most certainly return to this lovely apartment.

Martin's place was fantastic. It's right on top of town, about a two minute walk from the birthplace of Shakespeare. It's ten minutes to the river and the RSC. Martin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, and the flat is perfect for a couple or someone on their own to spend a few days in and explore the area.

Hilary's place is just the right size for 2 people. The furnishings, decoration and equipment are of a high standard and well thought out. The living room has a comfortable sofa, well appointed lighting and a large tv. The bedroom is lovely, with a big comfortable bed and lots of storage, there is even a mosquito screen on one of the windows. We were able to reverse our car almost to the door so luggage transfer was easy. There is a Sainsbury's within walking distance and it is possible to walk into the village itself. The location is excellent, being in a quiet residential area yet only a short car ride from Stratford on Avon or the M40. I cannot recommend Hilary's place enough.

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

Absolutely beautiful flat, with a stunning decor. Had a great time with my boys would definitely return. Also Rebecca was very friendly, very accommodating and absolute pleasure to meet.

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

I stayed at Amanda's place for a work trip an the location was perfect, quiet and peaceful but still only 5 minutes from the M40. Amanda and her husband could not have been more friendly. It's a working farm but not noisy in the slightest, if anything it adds to the tranquil vibe of the property. About 2 miles off the beaten track, plenty of dog walkers use the lane leading to the property plus Amanda's 4 very friendly and well behaved dogs give the place a very homely feel, with plenty of privacy. The garden and views over the countryside are perfect. The ideal escape from the city.

Great stay with Jane. They went above and beyond. We hope to be invited to stay again in September. Great location. Great apartment. Loved it all. One of the best places we have stayed with the nicest hosts.

Perfect location for walking trips into Stratford Upon Avon, could leave the car behind for a few days. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Absolutely great find, will stay again.

Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed and they provided everything that was mentioned on the listing. Comfortable and good central location within Leamington - most attractions were walking distance. Will be back again!

This is my fourth visit and Julie is a lovely host. The instructions for arrival and check in were very clear and she was very flexible when I needed an early check in one week. The accommodation is clean, quiet and private and has everything I need. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Aubrey's place! It was the perfect location while we visited family and saw the sights around Birmingham. It was very convenient to walk to the train station and catch the train into New Street, as well as pop down the road for some delicious food (Dolphin, Tin Sing, and The Country Girl were all fabulous). We also enjoyed having a coffee on the back patio in the mornings, watching the train go by (the noise was not bothersome in the unit at all) as well as folks on the footpath behind the canal. We would happily stay here again as it had everything we needed!

Anna's place was just lovely. Gorgeous, clean, right in the middle of town. Anna was great throughout the stay. Note that this is her home, so there's a master bedroom you can see but not enter, as well as many family photos. Highly recommend her place for a stay in Stratford-upon Avon!

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!
