Our online calendar is our best guideline of what MAY be available given our busy family and friends schedule. We strive get back to you quickly so you can either stay with us or make other plans! Also please no last minute requests - we need 24 hours notice for a reservation. We have three rooms available.Two rooms have queen beds and now we have one twin bedroom adjacent to the master guest bedroom. This room is ideal for kids, but also parent/child or two friends traveling together.

Newport folk & Jazz festival * Please send me the list of all guests staying at this location. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
