Monthly Rentals in Washington Heights, Manhattan

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

My stay at Hamilton's place was outstanding. The location is superb and I had no problems getting to the subway or bus. The neighbourhood was safe while I was there and I frequented the stores in the neighbourhood. There is also a Laundromat right around the corner. The Deli's in the neighbourhood were excellent and provided everything in needed. Hamilton was incredible gracious in his help, and quick to respond, and giving me a lot of amazing tips before I arrived and during my stay. The place exceeded my expectation. It was easy to get to, safe to stay at, and ultra quiet. It had everything I needed, and I can highly recommend his place. There are many subway lines only a few blocks away taking you downtown Manhattan, and the busses run right around the corner. I had everything in needed and Hamilton was always available to help. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy, and I will definitely be back next time I am in New York. I highly recommend Hamilton's place !, and am happy to have had such an extremely positive experience.

This apartment was perfect for my stay. The location was excellent - around the corner from the local C train and about a five minute walk from the A and 1 trains. Also, there is a very cute café, right across from the building and it quickly became part of my morning ritual! The few times I needed to contact Carlos, he was quick to respond and friendly. But, I really did not need to contact him because the apartment was clean and everything I expected it to be.

Exceptional stay! Sabia's apartment was a gem. Clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Convenient location and excellent communication from the host. 5 stars!
