Holiday rentals with a patio in Waterboro

Sick a cozy and comfy little place. It was small but in a nice and cozy way. Extra linens and pulled provided and batteries were supplied within minutes of request. The beautiful beach was steps from the front door. Prefect getaway for a couple weekend.

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This home was perfect for our family stay for a local wedding. It was a quiet relaxing place on the water! We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the swing enjoying the view. The home included everything we needed and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views are stunning, with crystal-clear water and a private beach that our dogs absolutely loved. The trail right off the property was convenient and a peaceful walk. The home was spotless and fully stocked with every amenity you could think of. Julie has truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home, including a thoughtful basket of snacks that was such a nice touch. There were plenty of games for rainy days, and we especially enjoyed the pool table. Check-in was seamless, and communication was clear and responsive throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend!

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

Excellent spot for a bigger group to go. The whole house is very nice. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the house. If my group decides to go back up to the area we would love to stay here again.

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
