The apartment is on the 2nd floor in the port of Monnickendam. 20 minutes from Amsterdam, which is easily accessible by public transportation. The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a modern kitchen and is equipped with various built-in appliances. From the living room, you have beautiful views of the harbor and the Gouwzee. The modern bathroom has a rain shower. In the bedroom, there are 2 single boxspring beds. There is a sofa bed for 2 people.

Monnickendam is a quiet town on the IJsselmeer near Amsterdam (15 minutes by bus) where you can still park. Large parts of Waterland are a mix of ancient cultural landscape and protected natural areas that you can visit with small boats. IJsselmeer Beach is around the corner, and the North Sea Beach is a 40-minute drive away.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
