Cosy Dutch countryside cottage near Amsterdam

You will find our cottage in Broek in Waterland. It is around the corner from a bus stop, which means you can be at Amsterdam Centraal Station within 12 minutes. Nice to combine the outdoors with everything the city has to offer. The guesthouse itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area. We have a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs.

Welkom! Come over and explore Amsterdam and its surroundings by bike, car, bus, train! Our house is situated in the North of Amsterdam, above the IJ (river). It will take you about 15 minutes to bike to the (free!) ferry, which will take you to the centre of Amsterdam. The appartement is 82m2 containing 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, sunny livingroom, well equiped kitchen. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, elevator available.

Breakfast included (in nice weather in the garden). Excellent free wifi. Towels (fresh daily) and sheets/blankets included. Coffeemaker, water boiler, fridge present in suite. Nice garden by the water to relax, with trampoline and small football field.
