Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Only 1 hour from the Twin Cities and 20 minutes from Mankato, our year round home is the perfect lakefront getaway! Enjoy our kayak and paddle board or put your own boat in to explore all that Lake Jefferson has to offer! The Jefferson chain of lakes is great for swimming, fishing and boating in the summer and ice fishing in the winter! Boats can be put in at the public launch on East Jefferson and parked at our dock during your stay. *Watercraft not included *Bring your own life jackets

Beautiful cabin located on the East side of Madison Lake, 224 feet of Lakeshore and a Sandy beach. It’s private, no neighbors, just peace and quiet. Wake up looking out at the lake. Fish from the dock, kayak while the sun sets, grill and end the night with a camp fire. Within walking distance is a neighboring park with boat access and a beach, bring water floaties and toys, beach balls, bike or walk the trails, check out the swinging bridge! Only minutes from town.

The Tiny House at Trout Lily Farm

Trout Lily Farm is a beautiful, peaceful six acre hobby farm. The Tiny has its own semi-private area by apple trees and a scenic barn, with its own patio table/chairs, barbecue, and firepit. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.
