What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city center while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of their tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. Nothing is missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. i had a great stay of two weeks at Chloé's... I really appreciated his warm welcome and their availability in case of small problems ... the studio is very cocoon, well thought out and comfortable ... the bedding is good , the bathroom is large...the tasteful decor, makes us feel in a real cocoon. In addition, from the glass door, there is a beautiful view of the garden . to recommend. i would definitely stay here.

Laurent is very nice. The hosting was top notch. The apartment is spacious and bright. The stairs are indeed very steep but this is specified in the advertisement. There was always space to park the car in front of the house. I recommend if you want to visit Brussels which is 20mn by train.

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

Short stay , but profitable , impeccable accommodation, comfortable bedding and nothing is missing from this accommodation , everything becomes easy! We'll be happy to go back! Daniel

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

Very welcoming and friendly host! Was attentive to any request and need. Impeccable accommodation, tools, equipment, everything was available and on site. Although we can hear the cars passing mainly in the first bedroom and a little less in the second, for a short stay this is not a problem. I highly recommend this accommodation with its very nice little outdoor garden.

The accommodation is in a quiet area of Louvain-la-Neuve, near the lake and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after working at the university or anything. The terrace is very pleasant and it was a wonderful stay to enjoy the calm and advance in my academic research.

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Very nice house, well furnished, with all the necessary comforts. Beautiful clean space. Jacuzzi and terrace is really a plus 👍🏻 with a beautiful view. Very nice welcome, no worries. Note that you are on a national road and therefore during the day, there is traffic noise😉. Recommended nonetheless!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
