Damion's cottage is a rare find. Exactly what we needed, spotlessly clean, private and peaceful, with a full kitchen. But above all, the presentation and decor were stunning, a heartfelt statement of Damion and Fern's sense of being. And great woodwork! Such an attractive place, great vibes! Highly recommended!

Had a lovely, relaxing two night stay at Little Phoranna. Amazing scenery, so peaceful. Loved the indoor fireplace and outdoor bath! Such a cosy little space, felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Janetta's house was extremely comfortable with lots of space, facilities and lots of little extras. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to all.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.
