We'd love to host you in our mother-in-law suite with large beautiful kitchen & washer and dryer. We are around the corner from Medicine Lake, bike trails & parks, and an easy 15 min drive into downtown Minneapolis. This space is private with a separate entrance & driveway. It is a separate downstairs apartment and we live upstairs. We do our best to minimize pitter-patter, however we do have 2 little ones so you can expect to hear little feet upstairs. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.
