If you're looking for a beautiful Florida experience, I would definitely stay here. The pool and view were stunning and the unit was decorated with the elegance and style of Florida colors. The unit was pristine in cleanliness. The host responded to our concerns immediately. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

Great little spot! This is the second time I come and stay here because the price and location is hard to beat.. we saw baby dolphin jumping right behind the house at sunset time, manatee, and along the river there were otters and deer and just so much beauty! Staying here is one of the easiest ways to see the Weekiwachee River. It has everything you need: AC beds with clean linens, clean kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to be prepared to share the outside area though! There is another rental above and the yard is a shared space (something I forgot all about.) Everyone we encountered from above was very nice. Also noticed the kayaks were upgraded since my last visit! Wonderful weekend all in all. Will be back.

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Judith’s place was perfect for our trip to Tampa. It’s very private and peaceful and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house is well furnished and super comfortable-especially the beds! Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

We loved the place, it was well stocked. The location was perfect it is down a canal so not much traffic and so it was very peaceful. There were plenty of kayaks for the 6 of us. We saw manatees and dolphins on our trip. The beds were very comfortable. The one and only issue was it says it sleeps 6 but I wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults/teens. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults/teens and maybe smaller children. We would definetly stay her again just if we had a smaller group.

Such a great stay! So homey and clean. The beds are so comfy and the linens smells amazing. Great host was very responsive and worked with me and special requests! I’d come back any time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary's place on the river/canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there for a few days, but whenever we had questions, Mary replied very quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Another beautiful stay in a beautiful place, this home gives direct access to the weeki Wachee river, top Florida spring run. Lori is an awesome host. Lori and the flip flop cottage were such a delight! The house is settled at the end of a waterway, and is the cutest and cleanest get away! The entire house is beach themed, charming and so peaceful with a beautiful outdoor space and lots of kayaks and paddle boards for outdoor adventuring ! It’s just around the corner from hospital hole and Roger’s Park- super easy to paddle to; and the kids loved just swimming in the clear waters a few bends away from the house when the tide was low. Manatees and dolphins play in the water, and the flying fish are always a funny sight to see! Lori was wonderful to work with- super quick to respond and always a help. We felt right at home at this cozy cottage and will definitely be back!! Thanks Lori!!!!

The springs were fun, the location was fantastic, and the listing was very accurate. Summer was very responsive as a host, always reaching out to ensure that everything was easy. The house had plenty of amenities, and even though we were just there a short time it would have been easy to stay longer.

We had an absolute great stay! Beautiful location in perfect spot on the river with pumps that they keep the canal cleared and swimmable. Finally an Airbnb with all of the proper cooking utensils, and supplies. Highly recommend we have stayed at multiple Airbnb’s and this one certainly tops them all off

Anne’s place was great. Here for college golf tournament. Very spacious condo. Anne was great to work with and responsive answering questions timely. Feels like I know her. I’ll be passing along her info to other golf families that may be traveling here.

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,
