Very fun place. Although we were out doing other local activities during the day it was so nice to come back to his place and enjoy the rest of the evening relaxing and swimming without the added stress of time restrictions. The kids loved the late night swims. The house was nice and cool plus noise free . The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Everything you could need was in the house and readily available. Stefan responded rite away to any questions i had. Definitely going to save this one for our next visit to Spring Hill.

The house was very neat and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was good and close enough to businesses. Conny was very responsive and friendly. We hope to visit there again when we come visit family.

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

This was my first experience using Airbnb and David made it easy and responded quickly! Such a beautiful property and perfect for a family like mine. The pool was exceptional and although it was a shared pool we had it to ourselves majority of the time which was a plus. The horses are such a calming touch and nice to visit when you have the free time especially for the kiddos!

We had a great weekend getaway! The river was gorgeous! Kayaks were a huge plus! We saw manatees right from the dock. Great location. Good restaurants close by. Enjoyed the coffee provided on the porch in the mornings. Very peaceful. Very clean. Would definitely stay again😊

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the canoes and kayaks—used them every day! Everything was spotless and so well-kept. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our kids’ birthday, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you!

We had a really great 4 days here. Very clean and spacious home with lots of beautiful scenery outside. We did accidentally break a glass plate while we were there that I offered to pay for but didn’t get a reply so I’m assuming it wasn’t a big deal. Our kids had a really great time and we used the kayaks and canoe a lot which got them off their tablets and enjoying nature.

Amazing place to stay on the springs! Super clean felt like home. Had everything you could need an more. Just pack your bag an your set. Very quiet an peaceful spot. Greeted by manatee at the dock as soon as we got there. Not a single complaint was perfect. Wish we would have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Lori and the flip flop cottage were such a delight! The house is settled at the end of a waterway, and is the cutest and cleanest get away! The entire house is beach themed, charming and so peaceful with a beautiful outdoor space and lots of kayaks and paddle boards for outdoor adventuring ! It’s just around the corner from hospital hole and Roger’s Park- super easy to paddle to; and the kids loved just swimming in the clear waters a few bends away from the house when the tide was low. Manatees and dolphins play in the water, and the flying fish are always a funny sight to see! Lori was wonderful to work with- super quick to respond and always a help. We felt right at home at this cozy cottage and will definitely be back!! Thanks Lori!!!!

The springs were fun, the location was fantastic, and the listing was very accurate. Summer was very responsive as a host, always reaching out to ensure that everything was easy. The house had plenty of amenities, and even though we were just there a short time it would have been easy to stay longer.

Communication from beginning to end was amazing! The house was immaculately clean and just as described. Nestled on the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood, the property is on a beautiful deep water canal, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Jump off the dock and take a swim, or take a water adventure. There were several kyaks and a paddle board to explore the waters. We saw many manatee , which was amazing! If you like to paddle, this is the spot! We paddled to the salt springs and enjoyed the clear water. From beginning to end, great experience, great host, great location. If your looking for a family adventure, don't hesitate to book! We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We loved our stay we got to kayak they had plenty to use and their dock made it easy to get in and out. we saw a baby and mama manatee. We ate at local restaurants, were able to drive short distances to local attractions. It’s was calm and so enjoyable spending time there.

This place was an absolute dream for my family and I , we never wanted to leave! Michelle was very friendly and responsive but didn’t show up or bother us at all during our stay! House is fully stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Kayaks were very nice and easy to use , complete with paddles and life jackets! We had an amazing manatee siting while paddling the canal the house is on! I would recommend this place to anyone, and we already plan on staying again next year!

Amazing location. Beautiful home. Perfect kayak location to main river. No direct neighbors on either side . Dolphins arrived one morning to say hello . It truely is a magical place. Thank you 10/10 definitely will return.

The house was beautiful and had great access to the canal with a short paddle to the river. The host had great recommendations in the binder provided and check in/out instructions were very clear. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The dock was beautiful and had plenty of seating for us to enjoy nature. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back!

This place is amazing! the cul-de-sac is quiet, there's a ton to do and easy to get to on the kayaks and paddleboards provided. We loved the layout, the split floor plan with kids living room, game room and bedrooms upstairs. You will no be disappointed with any aspect of this home and booking, the cul-de-sac that the home is located on is nicknamed (the nursery) and we were able to watch a mom and her 2 babies hang out all day while we sat in the backyard.

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! Clean and cozy. We saw manatees and dolphins. It was an amazing time!
