We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. Es gibt viel zu erleben im Frühling und Sommer aber auch im Herbst und Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Unser Garten steht unseren Gästen auf Absprache gerne zum spielen mit Kindern zur Verfügung. Kleine wie große Tiere gibt es zum streicheln und liebhaben. In 10Minuten Fußweg am schönen Tobelrand kommt man direkt zum Tobelbach. An unserem Hof führt direkt eine Langlaufloipe vorbei die bei guter Schneelage bestens gespurt ist. Ein Rodelhügel gibt es auch in der Nähe.

The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
