The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
