Ideal for couples, singles, club or company excursions, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. Bargain offer: Travelers who come alone can book the ground floor on their own for a savings price. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles.
