We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cosy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels and shower towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
