Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Im Herzen von Kallstadt an der Deutschen Weinstraße erwartet Sie unsere Fewo Annaberg. Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft im denkmalgeschützten Winzerhof von 1872, der 2018/2019 saniert wurde. Die lichtdurchflutete Fewo befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Die moderne Einrichtung fügt sich harmonisch in den historischen Charme von Wohnung und Umgebung ein. Vom warmen Holz der Dielen bis zu den Dachbalken bietet die Unterkunft eine authentische Atmosphäre, die sofort zum Entspannen einlädt.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.
