Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

A pretty little apartment that is a prime starting point for excursions. Shopping (Edeka) 5 minutes away by car only. Super friendly hosts. Parking in front of the house. We felt very comfortable. I'd love to do it again. :-)

Beautiful one-room apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance, great kitchen and large bathroom, as well as direct access to the courtyard. Very quiet location, in a few steps you are in the countryside. Perfect for bike rides in all directions, outdoor socket for e-bikes right in front of the accommodation. Attentive friendly hosts. 15 min by bike to the nearest shopping center. The 6 days were not enough to discover everything worth seeing.

A six star apartment !!! Definitely worth the price, perfect for 3-4 people! My personal highlight of this place: Modernly furnished Inside and out! Branded, almost new, fancy furniture, and household appliances!, coffee machine, air fryer, Marshall speaker even! Better equipped than my own house haha . Really felt like a home that you can stay for longer. 10 mins drive to the lake, quite walkable place; restaurants and grocery stores are also about 10 -15mins drive or so. Owner also easy to communicate and very understanding!
