The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Strandhuiszeeland is luxuriously furnished and has all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen was new and very fully equipped in 2022. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a Swiss Sense box spring. In the living area, you can enjoy a walk on the beach on a lovely lounge sofa. There is tv and (bluetooth-) stereo and in the entire house is wifi.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
