We spent a few days here over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well equipped and cozy – just right to spend a relaxing time. Communication with the hostess was straightforward, and we got all the important info in time. All in all, a lovely place to end the year. Thanks for the hospitality – we'll be happy to come back!

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you can find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and there are many opportunities for walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty food at a good price-performance ratio. We enjoyed the few days we were able to spend here and would be happy to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, top, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything is very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

Great modern place. Immaculate! Lots of room. Awesome shower, big fluffy towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Besides the table there was also a desk. Unique wall art. All the area information was provided by my host. The internet worked great and parking was right out front. The bus to the Thermes stopped right out front. I got to pet his sweet dog. There was never any loud noice, so between running around I had a good rest. The building was amazing, with the arched doorways and ceilings. The walls where about 2 feet thick, would have liked to know the history of the farm.

Sandra and her husband are the perfect hosts. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us and lovingly explained in detail. We were even allowed to harvest a cucumber fresh from the garden. We were also provided with a full refrigerator - we were simply overwhelmed. That's what you call a super host! We have never experienced this in our AirBnB "career". The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We didn't miss anything. Very spacious, and very comfortable for 4 people. The location directly on the Inn is beautiful and quiet. The thermal baths in Bad Füssing and Geinberg are just a stone's throw away. We will be happy to come back!
