Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
