In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Our Sleeping Beauty - Vacation home in the Allgäu

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

"Small but nice" living at Hopfensee, quiet location

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.

The VALLUGA suite is ideally suited for short and longer stays for both families and working guests. The apartment was completely renovated in April 2019 and kept in a modern Alpine style. On 80 m² of living space you will find all the facilities of a fully and luxuriously equipped rental apartment. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
