The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Directly on water we rent a cozy cottage with kitchen, box spring bed, bathroom and sauna. Fantastic views over farmlands and nature reserve Egboetswater. Visit the historic towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Medemblik. 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam, an hour drive to Texel, 40 minutes by car from the North Holland coast. Lovely area for biking and hiking. Fishing water in front of the door. The accommodation has its own access, so for you all privacy.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
