He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

for me as a solo traveler, this flat was convenient and authentic. i liked the neighbourhood - residential yet enough coffee places and the occasional restaurant to try. communication was effortless and lots of tips where to go. wifi was stable enough to work there including video calls.

We had a great stay at Aris’s place in Athens! Checkin was super easy and smooth. Loved the keyless entry! Aris was a great host. AC & WiFi worked great. Kitchen was stocked with way more than we needed but was appreciated. Only odd thing is the couch being in the one bedroom, but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us as we weren’t in the apartment much! Perfect size and the location was fantastic. Great stay overall!

Very good apartment, great location

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

The flat is one of the best I've ever stayed in. It delivers exactly what it promises. The views are breathtaking and easy to find. I will definetly visit again!

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

This villa is a little gem! Amazing views, gorgeous rooftop pool, beautiful landscaping, and the house full of character - we loved every moment we spent there. Our host Nasos sent us a lot of information about the area before we arrived, so planning our vacation was a breeze (pun intended)! We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!
