The annexe has a comfortable double sofa-bed and en-suite with shower. It has a desk, TV with fire-stick, WiFi, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Outdoor you will find an outdoor seating area, exclusive to the annexe, with swing chair and dining set. Towels, bedding and toiletries are provided

Free parking is available and the room has a patio and outdoor seating area. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided but there is no fridge or kitchen.
