Holiday rentals with beach access in West Bradenton

As it says in the listing, the room itself is small, but there is a large closet and many shelves and drawers to put all your things up and out of the way. The balcony is quite large with a nice view. we didn't cook, but it appeared there was enough supplies to do some light cooking, and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Al checked in multiple times which was nice, I don't typically experience that from hosts. The motel itself was also nice, pool was great, Tiki bar, the beach entrance, nice staff, all great. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

Overall my stay was wonderfully! It was just as pictured and super accessible to the trolly and other spots near by. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella etc. was amazing and made the 8 minute walk to the beach perfect. Fawn was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I would easily pick to stay at this spot again when in town.

The apartment was just as described, clean, and comfortable. Joseph is responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike and Wendy’s! The location is amazing, the private dock is a nice perk that we utilized every day for fishing, and the unit itself is very clean, stylish, and well maintained. We would recommend to our family/friends and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spotless home in a peaceful neighborhood. The location is great with many restaurants and stores around and only a 15 min drive to the beach. The pool was my family’s favorite! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The refrigerator and stove were clean. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful and convenient. Our only negative was that our mattress was very hard and the birds were chirping non-stop. Also, the hot tub didn’t get hot enough but it was pristine, just like the pool. We were close to several beaches and many stores. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place, especially for families.

The place is incredible, super comfortable and familiar, it had all the necessary implements for the stay. Super easy check in, the owners were very attentive and friendly to our questions. The house is perfect to go with children because they are entertained in the play areas. The beds and furniture are super comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were very satisfied with the place, we would return without hesitation

Sherry’s place was excellent! A clean space is very important to us, and the house was super clean. It had everything we needed and Sherry was very responsive. The pool was perfect and location was convenient to AMI! Kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man! Also the kitchen was very nice!!! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Wonderful location, very convenient to get to the beach or pick up some groceries. right in the middle of the island to travel up and down the main roads. We enjoyed the cozy living room and private patio. Highly recommend for a beach vacation in AMI!
