Beachfront holiday rentals in West Coast of the United States

Paul's place is so quiet and peaceful, with a great location with beach access. The cottage was very clean and eclectically decorated, and our stay was comfortable and we couldn't have asked for more. Wish our stay had been longer!

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! Looked exactly like the photos. We took advantage of the oysters right in back of the house and cooked them in the oven for a delicious dinner. The hot tub was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Lots of beautiful wildlife, including birds, fish, and seals that swam right up to the dock! Kayaks were another excellent feature. Overall, the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!

What a great cottage! When they say it is a high tide cottage, that means when the high tide comes, the ocean is completely underneath of you. It was exhilarating! It reminded me of owning a boat and hearing that soothing sound of the waves while I’m trying to sleep. Totally relaxing. It is a bright and cheery cottage with lots of light coming in from the windows. There is a small hot tub outside on the deck where you can sit and listen to the waves at night as well. I heard back from the host every time I texted and they were very helpful. The place was clean and has an enclosed deck that wraps around the house. There are sunset views, and you can poke at the tide pools on the beach right in front of the house at low tide. I would love to return to this place.

Braided Creek is beautiful! Everything was so well thought out, we could have showed up with just food and a change of clothes as the place had every little thing you could need for a comfortable stay. The area is lovely with a spot for yard games and a fire pit fully equipped with firewood and roasting sticks, and the tent itself is so cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable and I loved enjoying a coffee in the rocking chairs on the porch in the morning. Close to Bragg Creek if you’re looking to explore in town a bit, and the wifi worked well enough to stream a hockey game one evening. The dogs had a great time too.

Carlo was a great host in every way. His beautiful property came right out of a dream that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed after days away from the daily grind. Lots of fantastic hikes for any skill level nearby, fun town things to do within 1 hour drive, and the most breath taking views everywhere! we will definately be back!

Great place for a remote work escape. Loved the trails, the sauna and even the projector! 👏 really well done putting this place together.

We LOVED this place! It is so homey, and has personality throughout! There were only two of us, so we only used one bed (in the upstairs room facing the river - of course!) and it was super comfy. (My husband can be fussy about beds, too.) Kitchen well-stocked and cool pottery place-settings. Nothing better than sitting on the deck and watching the river go by. (We saw an osprey and a river otter, too!) Very dog-friendly and our pooch was happy. There are significant stairs for getting down from the road. It wasn't a problem for us, but be ready. We'd definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful experience — I can’t express how thankful I am to have stayed at Greg and Howard’s place in Hawaii. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Howard went above and beyond, generously showing me their local markets — his kindness and warmth truly touched me. The world needs more people like you! The house was spotless, surrounded by breathtaking views, beautiful nature, and the friendliest, cutest dogs you’ll ever meet. If you’re looking for a place in Hawaii that offers peace, joy, reflection, and harmony with nature, this is it. Thank you again, Howard and Greg, for such a magical and meaningful stay!

Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

Penny’s unit is pretty for a family of four (with kids). We felt like walking into the ocean the moment we opened the door. A welcome gift makes us special to her. We have everything we need inside the unit. Walk straight down to the beach. You don’t have to try to look for another beach. You need a car to get around but things are normally within an hour drive. Penny is always responsive and friendly. Will definitely consider Penny’s place when we visit next time .

Location is secluded from Rosarito beach which is nice. There is no other property around it on the beach. Pools are nice and clean.

Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

We were all very happy with the Airbnb. It was as expected and the hosts were very informative and got back to us really quick with any questions we had. The whole place was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is really big and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook any meal. We will definitely stay there again, if they will have us. This was my second time staying at this beautiful cabin, and it was absolutely wonderful. June is such a magical time to visit. Hummingbirds and blooming flowers surround you, mornings are peaceful with the cool sun, and evenings bring stunning moonrises. Kayaking was a blast, especially with the seals popping up to say hello! Walking down to the dock and spotting starfish along the rocks was an unexpected delight. The cabin itself is perfect: the space is cozy and inviting, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and shower are great. If you’re looking for a place to relax, slow down, and truly disconnect... this is it! ☀️ Thank you James for your amazing hospitality and sharing your beautiful cabin with the airbnb community. 🌊

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Just steps away from the private dock, I spent a lazy Saturday reading in an Adirondack chair watching boats buzz around the lake fishing and tubing. The view from the hot tub and deck was awesome! A 2 minute walk to Ember’s pizza for takeout or grab a beer on the patio while you wait for a table. Thanks!!

Words and photos don't do this place justice. It's unbelievably stunning. We arrived after a long drive down the coast from Portland and just sat and stared the sunset and Pig Rock. In the morning, we walked the trails and drove down to the river. It's an incredibly peaceful and relaxing setting and we all agreed it was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Kali was very quick to reply to text messages and as we were leaving we ran into Joe, who was super friendly and kind. The cabin isn't that far off 101, but you feel like you have left the world behind. Highly recommend and very much hope that we can go back someday!

MaryAnn and Phill, From a warm greeting and inviting food/beverages arranged for us to the lovely coastal environment, this appealing and compact unit was a perfect landing spot to launch our busy weekend. The decor is both coastal and very personal inviting time to linger. Extra sweatshirts, towels, water and snacks were thoughtful touches. Lisa’s place is fabulous and the view is spectacular! The home itself is clean, cozy and modern. The hot tub, the fire pit, and the beautiful outdoor spaces are amazing amenities. Be sure to check out the trail to Sue-Meg State Park at the back of property. You will need a car to get around, but it’s a short drive to the Redwood National & State Parks. Don’t hesitate to book!

This place is amazing! I loved that it was like staying at a friend's house - it had so much character. Not boring and staged like a hotel. There wasn't an "owner's closet" like most rentals. Jess is a beautiful soul that shares her amazing space and genuinely wants you to enjoy every minute. From the decor to the records, hammock, outdoor tub, kayaks, exploring the low tide wildlife...everything brought peace and relaxation. We never even turned on the television...it was magical!

This is an extremely peaceful and comfortable home. It was exactly as described. Sara was clearly available and offered to help as much as needed. The only down side, and one that I take full responsibility of, was the weather. Sara has no control over that and I should have done my homework. Despite the gloomy weather, it was a great place to get away and enjoy the sounds of the ocean in a private comfortable setting.
