Monthly Rentals in West Los Angeles

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

Polo is very flexible and responsive, easy to communicate with and great host. Parking is safe within the gate, and the surroundings is great for a quick walk or a hike. Amenities are all provided, and the mini kitchen is well stocked. Good amount of open space, and the inner neighborhood is very peaceful. There’s a pool and a mini gym if interested. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well furnished studio.

This studio is perfect and definitely cozy. I spent the holidays here and it couldn't have been better. It feels safe and even though I didn't have parking ...there is plenty of street parking. I recommend staying here especially long term..I stayed 2 months and I already miss it. I would definitely stay again. oh and the neighbors keep to themselves..it's perfect

I stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and it was a perfect location for the west side of LA. I wanted to be within walking distance of Westwood, grocery stores, restaurant, coffee, etc and also by the freeway to get to where I was going easily. This place met all my needs. It has the easiest parking, just steps to the apartment and across from a huge park. Ari was always asking if there was something he could do to help during my visit, and clearly takes a lot of pride in being a host! You are welcomed with fresh fruit and wine, a fridge with milk, soda, and beer, every coffee contraption, umbrellas, beach towels, robes, and bath stuff! The washer/dryer is perfect for small loads and the building has a laundry room. The bedroom has a full size bed which is extremely comfortable and the best pillows! The couch is comfortable for watching TV or reading and the large patio door makes for a great indoor/outdoor feeling. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again!!
