Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. WE ARE ON WINTER BREAK - CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 2026. "Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. One comfortable 12" queen in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

The Loft in Steubenville

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
