Wonderful stay! Great for a nice-needed getaway. Hosts were really responsive and communicative, probably the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Kitchen was wonderful, master bedroom was great, hot tub was splendid. Living room felt a bit cramped, but insignificant compared to other positives. Would stay again! We went as a couple, but 2 couples would be comfortable here.

We were two families from NYC that spend three nights at this place. The house was more than spacious for the 8 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the four person hot tub, the firepit and badminton set. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. John was just a text away for any questions.

Excellent getaway in the woods for family, friends and dog-friendly! Checking-in and getting settled was a breeze! After touring the inside and outside of the property, I knew I’d have no shortage of activities and amenities provided by the host, as advertised. I spent half the week free and the other half working from the cabin. No inconvenience whatsoever for me or my dog and guest. We made the most of the movie and game room, listened to vintage records, got a great workout in on some downtime, and relaxed in the evening with great star viewing. Minutes away from great hiking at Minnewaska State Park where you can easily access Lake Awosting and waterfall, Napanoch point lookout, the Shawangunk Mountain trails and more. Good local eating at spots like Main and Mill, a dog-friendly restaurant/cafe. Can’t recommend this location enough and Stacy was gracious and responsive in communication throughout.

Truly a hidden gem! Very charming , fun and clean! I couldn’t ask for much more because this home provided everything I could want! The view of the river is absolutely stunning to wake up to! You won’t regret staying here!

This place the atmosphere the surroundings it was all so lovely and needed, the price paid off. I loved the views the water and the shower outside. The bed was so comfortable very clean the place overall was very comfy I felt so comfortable. I recommend this place for a stay if you love to be away from people and need calmness. Everything was on spot from the house, the area outside to everything included. Thankyou so much for this, 10/10

Was exactly the weekend getaway we needed. The tub was perfect for the cold nights, and we were just close enough to do a few hikes. The cabin was exceptionally clean and James was very attentive to anything that we needed. It is definitely in a neighborhood, and there are many families that live by but because of the greenery and the way that the house is laid out it feels very private. We would recommend this to friends and family! Thank you, James!

This place is very special. I almost don’t want the word to get out because it’s so close to the city. The cabin is rustic and fun, the grounds are quiet and beautiful. We came on a rainy spring weekend and used the hot tub and fireplace a lot. In the morning we kayaked in the pond among turtles and newts sunbathing in the water, floating and listening to the birds. Dasha was a very considerate and attentive host. I will come here again.

Stayed here 4 times now and always look forward to it. The peaceful surroundings and comfort of the cabin are a great escape from the city. Also just a short drive to Shohola falls, Milford and Dingmans ferry for shopping and hiking then coming back to the cabin to grill and hangout on the deck. Already looking forward to coming back. We had a few simple questions and Glen is always quick to respond..

Had an incredible stay here. Ran into a few issues with the a/c & plumbing, but Dariusz responded immediately and was extremely helpful. The area is beautiful and the house was amazing. Felt really safe and it was the perfect spot for me my sister and two dogs. Would definitely book this spot again. The location was great, close enough to do things but just far enough to have some alone time!

Secluded, peaceful and beautiful. A great experience if you have some days you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Bring your hiking shoes!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Great host, responds quickly if any questions, clear instructions and info made my stay super comfortable and memorable. Great experience.

Phoebe was hard at work in the yard when I arrived but stopped to handle checkin and orientation. Everything very easy to follow.

Phoenix Landing is close in proximity to access Route 17B, but is serenely situated in a quiet lakeside community. GPS was a little tricky in the neighborhood, but the listing was relatively easy to locate if you keep an eye out for the street name. It is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. This was an ideal accommodation to attend a show at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. I wish that I booked a longer stay…next time!

Jessica is both such a lovely person and host, and also has the most lovely home away from home cabin. She was responsive, gave us wonderful recommendations, and was so clear with our check in and check outs. She made sure we felt right at home and in this place, it’s impossible not to. There’s a beautiful guest notes book where you can see all the other people who felt taken care of just as we did. It was spotless and we were able to bring our pets without issue. They loved looking out the windows as we cooked in the kitchen! All in all, Jessica’s a wonderful host, has a beautiful sweet home that we adored, and we will no doubt come back. For the price offered and the ability to include our furry friends, it was more than worth it. And another thing we’re so grateful for to Jessica is that we had check in and check out times that were different from what was offered and she was so generous with allowing us to be able to adjust our times. Thank you, Jessica! We will absolutely be back.

If in your mind, you could imagine an ideal place to get away - a cozy and thoughtfully furnished house nestled in front of a pond, this would be that place. A long driveway takes you away from the main road and leads to a stylish and very comfortable home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and an open kitchen made the house feel very roomy. Our daughter made an early claim to a small landing at the very top of the stairs, a perfect place to settle into a bean bag chair and matching ottoman and continue her adventures with Nancy Drew. Our stay was extremely guest friendly. There was nothing we felt want of that Jared and Chelsea hadn't provided. A pile of comfy blankets, a nice bottle of red wine and a movie screen and surround sound gifted us two fun movie nights. In fact, their attention to detail made the house feel unusually familiar to us. The daily view of the pond and its inhabitants; a trio of ducks, a pair of cranes, and an industrious beaver, gave the home an idyllic quality.

Amazing place in a very peaceful area! Very cozy and charming. Erica was very friendly and provided us with everything we could possibly need, as well as a very detailed guide for the local experience.

Very relaxing! The bed was so comfortable I stayed in bed an extra hour ! (Which I never do!) The compost toilet was a little to get used to but air freshener helped. I would definitely recommend to others and will reserve on my next visit.

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Lanthe and Josephine’s cabin was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The space is warm, thoughtfully decorated, and nestled in such a serene location, perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. You can truly feel the love and care that went into creating this space. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make meaningful memories. Thank you both for being such gracious and welcoming hosts. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We had a great long weekend in the cabin! Everything was exactly as pictured and it was even stocked with everything we could ever need in the kitchen, allowing us to cook and grill and just relax! We traveled with our 2 year old who also enjoyed the place and appreciated finding some books and coloring books to use as well. Would love to return!

Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.
