Excellent location, beautiful views, and private. Exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb (which in my experience, is atypical). The house was well stocked, and especially appreciated the Peet’s coffee! A bonus was getting to see Ian’s nature-art-photography on every wall. Ian could not have been more helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying at this gem again. Thank you, Ian.

This was a great place to stay! Only a ten minute walk from lots of restaurants and entertainment. The host was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The place itself was clean and nice. The designated parking spot in the alley was a bit tight and a little difficult to navigate. If you're in anything bigger than a midsized cross-over I'd suggest parking on the street in front. Would happily stay again!

Very nice little place right across the street from Lincoln Park. Very easy to walk to the park, or to the ferry terminal. There is also a bus stop (C Line) less than a block away, which takes you directly into downtown. The bus is convenient and very cheap. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The in-unit laundry is also great. Not a whole lot of stores or restaurants within walking distance but that wasn’t a problem for me. I walked anyway, and either way, I enjoyed my stay.

This studio is in an ideal part of Seattle, quiet, beautiful, and incredibly convenient. I stayed here for a month on a work trip, and it had everything I needed. With its garage-style windows, the space felt like living on a rooftop patio. You can even catch a view of the Sound right from the room! It's just a few blocks from Lincoln Park, a short drive to Alki Beach, and surrounded by a handful of great local restaurants. The neighborhood is so walkable, I found myself wandering for hours and loving every minute. Plus, Nigel and family are super respectful and attentive. I’d definitely stay again.
