Townhome holiday rentals in West Seattle

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We would definitely come here again. This townhome is perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. So clean and walkable to a grocery, many restaurants, public gardens, and nightlife. We are so glad we chose this one for our first visit to Seattle.

Max’s place was absolutely outstanding for our Airbnb stay! The home was immaculately clean, and the check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear, detailed instructions provided. Access to the property was simple and efficient, and Max’s responsiveness throughout our stay was prompt and greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The home’s location is incredibly convenient just minutes away from grocery stores, shopping centers like Target, and with easy access to the freeway, making travel around the area effortless. One of the true highlights was the rooftop deck, which is simply phenomenal. It features a beautiful grill perfect for outdoor cooking, and the deck itself offers stunning photo opportunities whether you’re enjoying a bright, sunny day or capturing the moody charm of a cloudy afternoon. I would easily rate this stay five stars. You’ll absolutely love it too! Thank you again, Max, for providing such an amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so conveniently located in a walkable and transit rich neighborhood, yet also very quiet and private. Kitchen and rest of the unit had all we needed. Julie and Robert were so helpful and communicative. And, it’s a really comfy space - for our family it worked really well.

i absolutely loved my stay here! michelle was amazing and was able to get me in right away as i needed it that same day. it was very clean and i appreciated all the little bows the cleaners left! super cute and in a very safe neighborhood.

Jonathan’s place is a very nice stay for large groups! Very clean and modern house. We only stayed for one night and did not get to spend much time on the beautiful rooftop balcony that looks over lake union. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in John's townhome in Beacon Heights. His place was spacious, clean and easy to get to in a very walkable neighborhood. John was a great responsive host who made us feel at home.

We had such an amazing time staying here! Our group absolutely loved the space — it was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The rooftop view was a total highlight; we spent evenings up there taking in the scenery and hanging out together. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host was wonderful — friendly, responsive, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our getaway, and we’d absolutely come back!

Malika's place suited our needs perfectly! There was always available street parking near the house and the space was functional and had all of the amenities we needed. Light sleepers may struggle here without earplugs or a fan, since the buildings are so close together - we could hear chatter from the townhouse behind us from our room, but we didn't find it bothersome. The place was sparkling clean inside and the living room/dining room furniture had noticably been vacuumed between guests, which was nice to see. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean place that offered a pleasant visit to Seattle. It was walk-able to the downtown tourist attractions - we walked to Space Need, Pike Place Market, art galleries, and many other places. The rooftop patio offered nice views. Beds were extremely comfortable! My only complaint would be parking was difficult, had to park several blocks away however once we were parked we didn't have to move the car as it's walk-able to about everywhere and Ubers were very easy to get (never waited more than 2 minutes for one). Overall a great experience and we would stay here again!

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

The perfect place to stay with babies! The hosts were incredibly accommodating for setting the house up for our babies, and even found an extra high chair and infant tub for us. They also surprised us with some extra treats for our anniversary. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! Very comfortable for our party of seven! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Pike Market. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again when visiting the area!

Great location, accessible to bus transit to downtown Seattle, and walking to Ballard’s restaurants, downtown, grocery, and farmers market! Great space, lots of room! Be aware that the bedroom is on the 3rd floor (for carrying suitcase up the stairs). Jay is super responsive!

Yuhan’s place was just was we needed for our city trip. Extremely close to the activities and touristy spots we wanted to explore (space needle, baseball game, Pike place etc). Also was an easy drive to a lite rail station we took one day. The woodland zoo nearby was a hit as well. Place was super clean and modern. We do wish the kitchen had some more basic things needed for light cooking. And more towels left for guest. Yuhan was extremely prompt and generous to any question or concern we had. Again, great for a little trip to the city.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Seattle. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light throughout the day. It’s incredibly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing family time, focused work sessions, and unwinding in the evenings. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is not only fully equipped but also genuinely inviting, we ended up cooking almost every day. The living room sofa is a dream for lounging, and all the amenities were spot on: a portable radiator kept us cozy during chilly mornings, and the A/C was great during warmer afternoons. Everything felt either brand new or very well maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, with grocery stores, parks, and great local restaurants about 20 minutes away on foot. We loved exploring the area and soaking in the Seattle vibe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene, well-designed home base in the city. Would absolutely stay again!
