This was a great spot and Blythe's place had all kinds of small details to make us feel comfortable (plenty of towels and paper products, a fan for the bedroom, a brita pitcher and supplies for the kitchen). She was responsive and helpful when we had questions. It was also super easy to get around the city by public transit (bus was right on the corner) and we had our own parking space so we could travel with ease to the national parks. We stayed for a few days and were very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at Kathryn and Tom’s place. The space was very comfortable for 2 adults. We enjoyed having a private entrance via the garage and access to laundry. The space was clean and well stocked with household items you may need during your stay. The location was great - safe, walkable, and easy access to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We appreciated the dedicated parking space out front. Communication was easy, clear, and quick. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seattle!

This little hideaway is a gem. Tucked in with beautiful views off the deck and nice touches like fresh 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee. The owners are easy to communicate with and responsive. We’ve reserved this rental twice and it was great both times.

A lovely, well-designed space with lots of natural light. Finding on-the-street parking was easier than I thought it would be. Great amount of counter space in the kitchen including barstools (which helps because the kitchen table is a bit small). Big amounts of closet space. Nice having the privacy of the two bedrooms. It was also easy to drive into downtown Seattle. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our third time staying at Paula's place, and it feels like a second home. It is our first choice of place to stay when we travel to Seattle to visit our family, and I recommend it to all of our friends who are going there.

This home is an absolute gem, do not pass up the opportunity to book here. Tranquility abounds in this neighborhood, and you can see the sparkle on the water and water fowl from your bed, or watch from the hot tub! My partner and I loved this place, not only for the natural beauty surrounding, but found the amenities and the home to be super clean, thoughtful and welcoming. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable pillows and linens. To preface - we both have slightly different sleep - preferences and found we both had incredible sleep here. The hosts were so kind to text us when a pod of orca whales were out front - what a dream! Their recommendations were excellent and I highly suggest checking out Via Rosa 11 if you can, and walking Grand Forest ( on their list ).

The location is fantastic, the nearby bakery and grocery store are wonderful and it's walking distance to a street filled with restaurants and stores.

We were visiting family who live down the street, so the location was perfect for our stay. We used the airbnb mostly to sleep and have breakfast. The unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked little kitchen. A bonus was the comfortable bed. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Dan’s B&B for two nights while early morning appointments at the VA hospital. We live about an hour away, so Dan’s place was an absolute gift—just a four-minute drive to the VA. The home is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The kitchen and amenities made it easy to relax between appointments. My favorite part was the beautiful backyard—a peaceful place to sit and watch the sunset after a long day. Our stay felt restful, grounding, and truly convenient. PML 1 Traveling at 6 AM in Seattle these days reminds me of memories of LA Nightmares/1986. YUP, if you know LA, you know stress, chaos and worry during "drive time"! THAT tension has arrived here in the Greenest Green NW corner! Pondering 7 AM appointments an hour away from our home made me search VRBO...to no avail for I found nothing under $500 per night! Little did I know my partner was also searching and found this deLIGHTful treasure on a quiet corner surrounded by trees! Great humans host it too!! KK 2

This was an excellent stay for me. Very easy to get to off the Link and close to some really great restaurants and bars in Columbia City. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Absolutely would book again when I am in Seattle. Thank you!!

This was the COZIEST bed I have slept in my entire life! We had 4 adults and 3 kids, and we were more than comfortable with privacy and quiet. Loved the space and all the extra touches for kids, and everything was labeled for ease of use and finding things. Parking was great and labeled. The steps are REAL, but as able bodied fit folks this was no problem. Just be aware if you have mobility issues (and the listing is clear about this!). Great place and hosts. :)

Mike and Joe's place was truly wonderful. They left a couple of their favorite beers in the fridge for us to enjoy, I thought that was a really kind gesture. I loved the location and the studio itself, it was very tidy, clean and with countless of blankets (which was AWESOME). We also had access to a really nice patio where we had drinks the first night. It was peaceful and a great place to relax after traveling and a stressful day at work. I would totally stay there again given the opportunity.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a comforable stay. The garden/yard was beautiful and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The location was convenient with a short walk to the Light Rail and many restaurants and coffee shops. Lynn was a spectacular host and anticipated everything you may need during your stay. She went above and beyond by providing eggs, croissants, milk and coffee as well as various snacks. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Lynn by far was the most considerate host I have encountered to date. Thanks again Lynn and highly recommend staying here if you are in Beacon Hill.

Lovely and convenient place to stay. The neighborhood was charming. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful gardens close by. Host is very responsive and welcoming. Comfortable bed for much needed rest.

We were on the island during hot weather (80's) and the apartment was a relief to come home to. Concrete floors, windows with great airflow and a basement apartment keeps it cool, but it's light and bright with fantastic windows letting in lots of light. Little cafe table outside. Beautiful gardens in the neighborhood if you go out for a walk. Truly a 5 minute drive to town. Easy walk as well. Fun little local trail with signs that runs through the neighborhood.

Exceeded expectations. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the easy access to the Columbia City neighborhood. In our opinion, since we have been to Seattle many times, this is the best location for walkable access to restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We also had a vehicle and the on street parking was always available. A reality check for people with physical challenges. This may not be the place for you. The steep concrete stairway from the street to the front door is not for the faint of heart. Also, the walk back to the unit from the commercial area will get your attention. But this is the Seattle topography after all. Get used to it. We would absolutely stay here again.

I booked a last-minute stay with Bernard, and I really lucked out. I could not have picked a more perfect spot for exploring Seattle. What an amazing stay! What an amazing, proactive host! Lovely, comfortable accommodations with everything you will need during your stay. With the light rail being an easy 10-minute walk from the studio, you will not need a car in Seattle. You can get to/from Sea-Tac within minutes (faster than by car), and you can be downtown within minutes. The studio is beautiful. You can tell that Bernard has put a lot of thought and love into creating the perfect spot for guests to retreat to after a busy day. The snack basket was so thoughtful and appreciated. I did not want to get out of bed in the mornings. It was so comfortable. I really enjoyed meeting Bernard and Jim. They made my trip! One of the nicest Airbnbs that I have stayed at. Bernard is the definition of a Super Host. I highly recommend booking this studio,. You will be glad you did.

I have stayed at this location before and wrote a glowing review then and nothing has changed. We will stay here over and over again in the future. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and within minutes you feel right at home. The apartment has all amenities covered. The hosts are friendly and responsive. You lack for nothing. However, in case you do need something everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is great for walks and we oooh and aaah at all the great houses along the way. I can't say enough about this apartment in CapHill. I am almost afraid to write too much because I don't want it taken when we need it next! hahaha You will have an awesome experience!!

Great stay. Worked wonderfully for one night. Had everything I needed. Clean and quiet. Felt secure and it was an easy uber ride to Amtrak in the morning! Bonus that it was walking distance to a superb Filipino restaurant!!!

I had such a great stay here! The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The location made it super easy to get around, and the neighborhood had a great vibe.
