Holiday rentals with a patio in West Somerset District

My mother and father in law stayed at the Annexe while visiting the area. Communication from Ted and Kate was exemplary - timely and always in a warm and courteous manner. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The annexe was immaculately clean, homely and within a quiet location with lovely views. Some very thoughtful finishing touches also such as milk and some snacks. They said they had everything they needed and couldn’t have wished for anything better. They won’t hesitate to stay again and can’t speak highly enough of their stay. Many thanks!

Great caravan, great location! Literally what it says on the tin! was clean and tidy. More spacious than I thought it was going to be! Sea view, nice relaxed club house, very quiet site. Sam & Jake were fantastic hosts, emailed me before hand with local info, food recommendations, taxi info. instructions on arrival easy to follow, access easy. We even arrived early and were able to check in! had a very small issue with gas/boiler, Sam & Jake responded within minutes and the issue was fixed promptly with no waiting around! Thank you very much guys!

Fantastic house to stay in for the weekend. Beautifully presented with quality products and finishes throughout. Gillian was a superb host and helped us with lots of info for our trip. Highly recommended

Bird’s Eye View is a very special place, in an exceptional quiet location with breathtaking views, and perfect for superb walks from the door. This was our 2nd visit as we enjoyed it so much a year ago that we had to make a return trip, and as expected it didn’t disappoint. It is one of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in. Jo & Nick are the perfect hosts, very welcoming. The flat was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to staying here again, and would highly recommend.

We've just finished our 2nd stay and everything is still just as perfect as the 1st. Liz is always friendly and helpful, happy to leave to your stay but there with a wave and a "good morning!" if you cross paths during your stay! There's also a really helpful welcome pack left for you upon arrival, with loads of recommendations for places to eat, visit etc. We've followed a few of these during our stays and haven't been disappointed! Regardless of the weather, the Cabin is a relaxing, calm, chilled out stay and one we'd recommend to anyone!

This barn was amazing eveything you needed was supplied The garden was fully secure so my dogs loved it, Noel gave us some brilliant recommendations to eat out , local amenities , take aways The hosts were amazing , left us & the dogs lots off treats which we really enjoyed We will be back again next year Thank you again for making our holiday one to remember From Jemma, Clynt , Eric & Luna 🐾🐾

Lovely house….. Well equipped and clean. Nice and quiet surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great location to explore Somerset. Would recommend.

Georges house is a lovely bright and airy space with everything you need. The location is perfect - so close to lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Lynton is a beautiful little town. George sent lots of helpful information re access and parking before our arrival and it was really easy to find the house and car parking close by.

Perfect place for family get together for 50th/16th birthday. Great indoor games space & outdoor grass space (for football) for children age 9-16 and adults. With hot tub being an added bonus. Really spacious & comfortable accomodation. Had all you needed, with lovely additional touches (welcome choc & birthday banner) & very responsive communication from Becky to help with planning. We had a lovely weekend, visiting wimbleball for walk and watersports and knightshayes. We know the area well, growing up locally, so a lovely location to reminis on old memories & create new. Carlas place is nestled within the farming community. Detached annexe and very private with wonderful views of countryside. Friendly and helpful host - excellent local pub less than 5 min walk - wonderful homemade food cooked by owner. Nearest main town is Tiverton about 20 mins away. Accommodation has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely few days there and will definitely go back.

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

Stayed for a friends wedding. Location was perfect as walking distance to registry office and reception. Jonathan was proactive and offered recommendations of things to do if I wanted them. I changed my arrival time last minute and Jonathan was excellent at accommodating the changes providing clear instructions / directions. The apartment was clean, milk in the fridge and biscuits left for me, good sized shower with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

A great place to stay so quiet it is a good walk into town but a bit of a hill on the way back,but all in all host very attentive definitely would stay again

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

The apartment is very well situated in the center of Cardiff with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around. Was an easy walk to Cardiff Market, National Museum, Principality Stadium, Central Station - everything really! Well equipped with a good shower and a stocked kitchen. Sunny with a wall of windows, while still remaining private. Kevin was a welcoming host from the start, very communicative and easily reachable. Hope to return! Thanks for a great stay!
