Glamping in style, Emperor tent with home comforts

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our Emperor, Prospector or Bell tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Cow Shed Cottage

A small country cottage in the beautiful village of Plaistow, West Sussex, famous for having over 30 listed properties. The cottage is annexed onto the Grade II listed main house with 9 acres of land. It has its own front door and private rose garden. The stairlift is not in use. The fireplace is an electric stove. The bed has a superking bed with separate bathroom and bath not shower. Kid’s beds are available on request. There is parking outside your front door and many beautiful walks.

The Bluebird at Crows Hall

Set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside and the South Downs National Park, this beautifully restored 1950s Bluebird Sunparlour offers luxury accommodation, comprising king-size bed, kitchen area, indoor flushing toilet and shower. Presenting our renovated vintage American Airstream sleeping 2-4 in Aylwins Field, Offham, just outside Lewes. Set in a meadow with lovely views of the Downs, you can enjoy the English countryside all year round. The location has it all: in a rural setting but 5 minutes from a mainline station (London 1 hour), and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. Cosy and chic, with king-size bed, sofa bed, bathroom, fitted kitchen, AudioPro, BBQ & outside deck for star gazing.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Feel free to picnic or just sit by the river anytime during your stay.

We have hot showers, a cool communal space with electricity (fridges, freezers, kettle etc.) and a swimming pond. We're only an hour from London and 30 minutes from Brighton!
