Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dressing gowns for guests's use so they feel comfortable when going for a shower. Desk with lamp, books Garden table & chairs outside.

Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Oakhurst is a Bed & Breakfast, we are offering this basic single room through airbnb. This space is ideal for Gatwick Airport night stops it is also suitable for airline trainees, operating crew and as a home while on a training course in the area. The room is very clean, busses plus 10 minute walk and a great pub 5 minutes away. A fridge microwave and utensils are available. Right now this room is self check in and contactless, we will keep you updated as to when we extend the service.

Farmhouse B&B Pond View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
