Excellent place to stay, very close and convenient access to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and lots of other lovely places nearby. Easy access and instructions, with some nice biscuits and milk left for guests (if we weren't vegan we'd have snaffled them up). My only recommendation if using the parking spot is to check the size of the space, you may have an issue if your vehicle is particularly large.

Visited for the second time and had another fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to a friend's wedding venue and were able to pick up anything needed due to a number of nearby shops and amenities. Such a lovely area and friendly and helpful hosts - thank you.

Katie very kindly let us stay in the daytime and her place was perfect to rest and have some peace and quiet while our home had some noisy building work going on. The Air B and B was exactly as described in profile, it is just over the road from the sea and there is a lovely cafe, Billys a stones throw away.

A beautiful and spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. A perfect place to come back to and relax in after exploring the delights of Shoreham. Super comfy bed. Lovely garden with seating area.

I stayed with my sister and two nieces at Pat and Jake’s for one night whilst in the area for a family event, and it was perfect!! The place was just like the photos but better. The area felt hidden and was really peaceful. The beds were super comfy. We had nice sunny places to sit in the garden. - and many additional extras that we were not expecting. We felt spoiled - personally this is one of the nicest homely Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. The area was very peaceful. Everything was set up for being able to cook for ourselves, we even had the luxury of home made bread waiting for us when we arrived, which was devoured by everyone! Pat and Jake were reactive and always responded to messages quickly. A problem with the shower not working was quickly fixed by Pat and Jake’s son. A fantastic place to stay and I’m sorry our stay was only one night. I look forward to coming back!! Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!!

We had an enjoyable stay at Anthony's. It was just what we wanted. It was quiet,comfortable and within easy walking distance to local hostilities. Anthony was a very good host. We would consider staying there again if the oportunity arose again in the future.

Gail’s studio was lovely, plenty of parking for us, no noisy neighbours, clean and all new and nice furnitures especially the bathroom which was very nice. There were labels all over letting us know how to find things and use things, a great fan for the summer and plenty of usb sockets with a cute little hamper of breakfast bits for our wake up the next day. A lovely peaceful tidy little spot would happily go again! Thank you Gail!

We had a fantastic stay - we had everything we needed, the local road closures confused google maps but it was absolutely spot on and we’ll def book again next time we are down that way x

Extremely comfortable annex to the owner’s home. Private, quiet & very well stocked with delicious breakfast items. Cool in the hot weather too. Good pubs & close to the Bluebell Railway. Marvellous surrounding countryside & lots of lovely places to walk. Thank you.

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

We had a lovely stay at the Bakery. The property was cosy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and easily contactable. We decided to have breakfast in the courtyard and ended up seeing 2 deer run through the garden! The location is perfect with a beautiful village green and a lovely pub less than a minute walk away! Thank you! Ideal location, picking my daughter up from uni , not too far to travel to Falmer. Very clean and everything needed, including a nice bottle of milk in the fridge for arrival. I arrived fairly late so nice to have very clear instructions on access. :):)

We had a lovely time here. The annexe was really everything we needed for a long weekend. So many thoughful touches. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The radio was playing gently when we got there and some biscuits had been left for our arrival. Sheets to cover the sofa were provided so we didn't have to worry about our black furry dog ruining anything. We usually bring our own but it was all thought of. My dog was made most welcome which is really important to us. He loved playing with Martha and exploring in the woods. Such a tranquil place. We barely heard a woof out of him he was so relaxed. We look forward to returning one day.

This was a joy. Beautiful touches when we arrived: fresh flowers, a sourdough loaf and butter, milk and jam, and a small welcoming personalised note. Unexpected and delightful.

We had the most wonderful stay in Amberley. Beautiful walks right on your doorsteps and so many lovely restaurants/pubs to choose from. I can’t recommend Rachael’s place enough - we will be back!

Don’t look any further if you’re looking for a first class AirBNB host and property. 10/10 The home is immaculate and the owner’s Jill and Radnek could not be any more helpful, without being at all intrusive. The home is absolutely spotless with all the amenities anyone would need. Access is completely separate from the owners home through a really nice outside area. The welcome items are perfect. The surrounding area is traditional England at its very finest. Local areas in Beacon Hill and Hindhead are easily accessible with all you would need for a stay. We stayed here for a golf event at the nearby Hankley Common GC for 5 nights. The area is extremely peaceful too. So a good nights sleep was enjoyed by both of us. Don’t forget to call round at the local British Legion Club too. Only a short walk with an opportunity to meet the local community. We were made to feel extremely welcome in all aspects of the visit. thank you for the amazing stay! everything was well organised, and there was plenty of space! super easy parking and deborah was so friendly and kind, we couldn’t have had a better stay! perfect for getting in and out of brighton too. very useful amenities and a clean comfortable space. both my partner and i had a lovely weekend away and will hopefully be back again soon! wonderful place and wonderful people❤️

Lovely, clean, well decorated space. We hadn’t taken on board there was no lounge or sitting area, so after long days working that would have been nice, but it suited our purpose very well, thank you Julie

We had great stay. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had great experience. He’d left lots of breakfast items, fresh juice, fresh fruit, yoghurts, eggs, bread, cereals,milk. It was brilliant. Also there were some items in fridge you could pay for, beer, Prosecco, nuts etc. it was all spotlessly clean, kitchen had everything you would need including coffee maker, and it all looked new. Bathroom a little small, but it was fine, shower cubicle was large and shower powerful. Toiletries provided, which were good quality.
