We had a lovely stay at this property in Bournemouth! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants which made getting around super easy. The host Stephen was also fantastic! Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again in the future! Thanks so much for having us! :)

Lovely and quiet former stables with giant courtyard. Perfect for our small family plus well behaved dog. Within a short distance of beach. Fantastic welcome pack including Prosecco!

Amazing place to stay, Jaz & Josh were so helpful getting us in last minute due to another booking of ours being a disaster! The place is out the way of the main road, beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything you could think of needing while on a holiday. Thankyou so much again, would definitely book in the future!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean house with modern furnishings and private driveway. Perfect location for visiting nearby attractions. Everything we could have needed was available in the house. Communication with Amanda through out the booking process and our stay was great. Highly recommend, there was nothing we could fault with our stay. Great property at a great price.

This is a little gem, immaculately presented and fantastic value for money. We've just had the most relaxed break in along time. Gentle strolls through the woodlands and gardens to a gorgeous sandy beach with plenty of amenities. Richard was a welcoming host and recommended local places to visit and dine. Highly recommend this as a base for exploring Bournemouth /Poole and surrounding area.

Great house, clean & well equipped. The location was great just a 4 min drive to branksome beach. Had everything we needed for our stay with a one year old. Would recommend this property

Wow what a house! You will not be disappointed. We felt we had stepped into a luxury lifestyle for the weekend. The spaces were great for the people staying with pockets of people chilling and socialising throughout. The house was very well equipped. The lounge in particular where we all ended the day was such a wonderful space for family to come together. It was a very special weekend and we would highly recommend.

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

It’s a good size for 2 people. Yes you are right next to a busy main road & that’s the view from the balcony but for the price it was worth it! I appreciated the details, like the micellar water, cotton buds, shower gel etc & plenty of toilet roll for our stay. I found the bed comfortable, my partner struggled with it being too soft but he was delighted with the fan in the bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped with oils, herbs/ salt& pepper One suggestion however, is to upgrade the kitchen bin as it’s far too small & has no lid which isn’t great if you’re throwing away rubbish! Another suggestion would be to provide another decent sized glass, as I had to have a beer from a mug! I’d also recommend bringing an extra washing up sponge/ tea towel as the sponge especially smelt quite bad. It was about 10 min walk away from the beach/town, & a co-op just down the road. Also a few minutes drive to a huge Asda. Overall would stay here again, thank you for having us! ☺️

Me my partner and dog had a brilliant stay, Barrie and Paula could not have been helpful enough with any issues we had. Would 100% recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the Poole/Bournemouth area. We have no quarms in booking to stay here again.

Our 3rd stay at this lovely flat. Central for fabulous restaurants, shopping, the beach and the BIC for wonderful shows. Spotlessly clean, good communication. We love it here. Will certainly be back. Thank you.

This penthouse is HEAVEN!!!! It's so bright and airy and has so much room, my daughter and I never wanted to leave. Everything worked perfectly and the beds were some of the softest, most wonderful mattresses I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. We hope to be back ASAP!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jon’s apartment. It’s a modern space, nicely designed and has everything you need for your stay (inc.a really well-equipped kitchen!). When we arrived, the flat was super clean, there were towels and cute toiletries left for the guests on the arrival. We had a couple of tiny issues that Jon sorted straight away for us so it wasn’t a problem at all but it did reassure us that the host was available & approachable any time:) We definitely recommend staying at Jon’s place!

The great thing about Airbnb is the unique places you end up at. Beth’s was delightful. You know you are in someone’s home straight away. Full of character and charm. Everything catered for; milk, bread and eggs were really appreciated. Lovely property in every respect.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and great value for money, and ideally situated close to the town centre and seafront. I would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect for exploring Bournemouth and surrounding areas. All bus routes are within easy walking distance from the front door. The location was ideal to get to the beach and into town. The apartment was modern and clean and as advertised with a lovely Balcony. Sonya left bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch, the check in and out process smooth and her communication throughout first rate. I would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Bournemouth.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Superb value, and brilliantly located for the pier, town centre and beautiful sandy beaches just 10 minutes walk away. Matt was proactive with his communication and gave very clear instructions and a handy electronic guide book. Spotlessly clean and a lovely light and airy space. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a beautiful accommodation! The whole family really enjoyed the apartment, the local area and of course the beach.

Had 4 lovely nights at Nicole's place. very clean and beautifully maintained. this property is in a great place too. 5 mins walk to two great pubs with lovely food. 2 minute walk to a path down to the beach. take a left towards Bournemouth and Boscombe which we did 11 miles walked that day! and a right towards the Sandbanks. There you can catch a chain ferry to Studland beach. 🥰 I would definitely recommend staying here. you won't be disappointed. great stay! Thank you Nicole 😊

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!
