The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all the wellness facilities in complete privacy.

Wolfers Cottage

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy chalet on the Heide Flood estate in the middle of the Achterhoek, surrounded by forest, heath and meadows. This unique chalet for two people is the perfect place to unwind. It is modernly designed and equipped with every every comfort (incl. dishwasher). From the chalet you walk or cycle through the woods to Slangenburg Castle for a delicious cup of coffee. Highly recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers. Doetinchem is 7 km away for cozy shopping and nice restaurants.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The house is on the ground floor and has a kitchen, adjoining living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, WiFi available. 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with double washbasin, toilet and shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet with a sink. No smoking or pets please.

Zunne forest house in the Achterhoek

Welcome to our forest cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Achterhoek. Here you will find everything you need to unwind completely. Located on a small forest park, directly on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375 hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fennets and sand paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling holiday or nothing at all.

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.

Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Our apartment was renovated and completely rebuilt in July 2023. Enjoy our spacious, 50 sqm, barrier-free apartment and 21 sqm terrace. The location of this accommodation, on the Dutch border, will delight you. Bakery and supermarkets within walking distance. Perfect for excursions into nature, for walks or cycling.
