I recommend it to others! The place was as advertised. Communication with Kati was smooth. The sauna has good and soft steam. The lake already had warm water, but it was really sandy. It is worth for families with children to take this into account, as it is necessary to go directly to the shower to wash the sand off the skin.

We had an amazing stay here, with 4 adults and 3 children (and a small dog). Lots of berry and mushroom picking, canoeing, enjoying the beautiful lake, sauna and hot tub and even catching a few fishes. No need to go anywhere else, there is more than enough to do on the property and surroundings. Pentti was always very responsive and nice. There was everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here and wish we’d been able to stay longer.

We had a great time in Taikasaari for a summer weekend, ☀️ the destination fully matched its description and everything went smoothly. Communication with Siina went well, she was kind and understanding, even though we had a little adjustment and hassle on the guest side 😅

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Finland! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning nature and serene lakes. The villa itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and charming decor that made it feel like a home away from home. We also enjoyed using the rowboat to paddle around the lake, taking in the beautiful scenery. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips about local attractions and activities. Whether it was relaxing in the sauna or enjoying the view from the terrace, every moment was a delight. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Finland in comfort and style. I can’t wait to return!

Two pensioners tested the electric bikes. We left Tampere and Anja's place in Kuru was just what we wanted. Steams in the tree sauna, gourmet dinner, peaceful undisturbed night, evening on the terrace watching the lake and delicious breakfast.

Nice apartment in a great location! Shop right next door, the apartment contained everything you need and great value for the price. For the host 5 stars for customer service.

Tasteful furnishing and thoughtful design made this cosy cabin a joy to stay in. Peaceful location, amazing views, comfortable and easy. Every single amenity was provided for us - the hosts seemed to be able to anticipate our needs before us. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Eija was a tremendous host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were warmly welcomed curbside by Eija upon our arrival, where she provided us with detailed instructions on how/where to park the car. The building and surroundings were even more beautiful than the pictures, which we didn't think would be possible. Eija explained all the aspects of the loft and showed us where to find maps, guides, and other useful information to make our stay more enjoyable. The loft was exactly as described and sparkling clean! The kitchen appliances, dishes, and other tools are all very high quality, and the washer and dryer worked well and were easy to use. Excellent Wifi and TV. Electric blinds will keep things dark during the bright Finnish summer, and there are plenty of linens and towels. Eija is very kind and responsive. We visit Tampere often and look forward to staying in Eija's loft again. Thank you for such a lovely experience! l

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

Charming and cozy cottage in a very beautiful place. We were able to spend Midsummer in peace, just as we had hoped. The sauna steam was soft and the lake water was fresh. All our expectations were met 😍

A beautiful, aesthetic ensemble in the middle of the peace of nature! The property has really thought about the guest and comfort. Small details and surprises made us feel noticed and valued. We slept like logs, the beds were really comfortable, and the thick blankets kept us warm even on a cool summer night. After a day of hiking, it was wonderful to wrap up in the bed for a nap after the sauna! We had a great time for two nights and we will come again, warm recommendation ❤️

Simply loved staying at this place, full 10 experience! The villa and its yard were very beautiful, with direct views of the lake from the big windows. The villa was very well equipped, whenever you were looking for something, it was found. Our days were kept by the songs and passages of different children on the property, as well as two cute sheltti dogs that popped up every now and then to scratch. The villa had modern solutions for even the discerning cottage maker, but also atmospheres, for example, wood sauna and tub. The lot was paid for, and it was heated when we arrived at the cottage. The beach was also good. On the large terrace of the villa, we had breakfast, enjoyed the sun, and also got to yoga! The host was friendly and responded well to our messages. The cottage was easy to find and check-in was effortless. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful little cottage, clean, in good condition, perfect place to relax. Modern well-equipped kitchen, separate sauna and laundry room, very clean and in good condition. In connection with the sauna, there is a cozy glazed terrace with comfortable chairs. It would have been nice to spend more time here. Thank you!

This place is a gem! Perfect location, built by hand, amazing hosts and last but not least, the sauna was the best! Very helpful and friendly hosts, even booked us a taxi back to Jyvaskyla train station for our early departure. An easy 5 stars, would recommend to anyone. Sitting by the woodstove was the best way to end the day after hiking on the trails in the magical forest close to the BnB.

a wonderful cottage in a beautiful and peaceful landscape! Warm recommendation. Everything worked as described in the presentation. The host was immediately and easily available, both ways. The cottage deserves a special mention for the wonderful early summer nature: from the cottage yard we spotted swans, mallards, coots, grebes, a common crane, an osprey, black-crowned cranes, a roe deer, and a huge number of other birds. And bats at the evening gathering!
