Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (15.10-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
