Until July 30, there will be an excavator, a container, and a new wastewater system in the yard —> a toilet in a pit, a pond in the backyard, and a new sauna hut in the container. The income from the cottage goes towards our child's nest egg for the future.

Good transport links either by car or train. Tampere Airport is about 15 minutes away. To Helsinki and Helsinki Airport it takes app. 2 hours. A separate fee for the use of hot pool. Possibility also for served meals. There are three reservable/free-to-use tennis courts within walking distance.

Half of a semi-detached cottage in Äijälä, Laukaa, about 40 km from Jyväskylä. Lake on both sides of the cottage. Private sandy beach to the southwest/west. In summer, a boat and paddle board are available. The glazed terrace is a nice place to spend time and admire the beautiful lake landscape. There is a fireplace near the beach and a gas grill on the terrace. Outdoor plug for electric or hybrid car.
