Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Das Scheunen-Loft liegt unter dem Dach der ehemaligen Scheune einer historischen Mühle. Ein Ort, an dem Stille noch hörbar ist und Natur nicht Kulisse, sondern Alltag. Pferde, Hund, Katzen und Gänse teilen das Mühlenfeld mit alten Bäumen, Wiesen und viel Raum zum Durchatmen. Viele Gäste erleben die Atmosphäre als „heilsam“ und das Mühlenfeld als besonderen Kraftort. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich außerdem die zweite Ferienwohnung „Im Pferdestall“.
