From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Had a lovely stay in Sophie's place. Great location and in walking distance from Blenheim palace and Woodstock village. Was exactly as shown in the photos and was in a very peaceful area. The studio was spacious and was well equipped for one or two people to spend a few days. Certainly would recommend if you are looking to stay in Woodstock.

We had a lovely three nights in Chrissey's Air B&B. It is light and airy with pleasant views across her garden. The Koi Carp in the pond were relaxing to watch! Chrissy and Glenn were very friendly, checking up on us to make sure we were okay. On the day we left, we felt restored and ready for life at home. The bed was very comfortable! I thoroughly recommend a visit to this lovely, clean and inspiring place.

Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

Had a fantastic stay, just what was needed for a few days away. Very quiet area, very walkable to local shops and pubs. The Barn was immaculately presented and plenty of room for the 2 of us. The host Patrick had the place open and warm on arrival and was helpful upon checking out. Very quick to respond to messages. Overall very satisfied and would consider staying again. Would highly recommend

We had the most wonderful stay at the Mirror Houses in Oxford. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully thought-out. The cabin itself is stunning — immaculately clean, stylish, and so cosy, with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially in the evenings when we could unwind and take in the surroundings. Lucy was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout. Travelling with our 9-week-old baby, we were a little nervous, but Lucy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail genuinely made our stay feel special and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already talking about when we might come back. A perfect little retreat — we couldn’t recommend it more

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!
