Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house is amazing. It’s close to everything. Can’t wait to come back and visit.

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive and was able to accommodate an extended checkout. We stayed here with 12 guests and never felt cramped at all.

Amanda’s home was so cozy, comfy, easeful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard area was a great place to get afternoon sun. The front porch, the perfect place to sip a morning tea. Comfortable couch and bed for lounging and catching up on emails after our long drive. We only stayed one night on our way through town, but we made the walk over to the lake park with our dog, so beautiful! I did not see this listed anywhere- this home is a twin home, meaning it shares a wall with another home, like a duplex. We did not experience any disruption from the neighbors and Amanda also had an air purifier going which acted as a white noise machine. Fantastic stay!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — close to plenty of things to do, restaurants, and attractions. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made the stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly informative and responsive, providing tons of helpful details and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my trip. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved the location. Easily walkable to Old Town Arvada, and really liked the variety of shops, parks, and dining options. We also took advantage of the Old Ton Arvada light rail stop to go into downtown Denver. It’s inexpensive and eliminates the headaches of driving and finding parking.

Perfect stay as we are traveling back to the east coast on a road trip and went to a show at Red Rocks!

Very accommodating & thoughtful hosts who checked in on me to see if I needed anything on my month stay. Lots of great mexican restaurants in walking distance, close to several bus stops & a cute cat.

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Excellent host! Accessible, very responsive when an issue arose, friendly and responsible. The home and grounds were spacious: a large dining area, roomy kitchen and terrific deck and additional outdoor seating in the breezeway. We cooked a lot and the kitchen provided all the basics. We got a kick out of the 50's-60's decor, which added some spark to our stay. Our group of 10 enjoyed having separate downstairs and upstairs sleeping quarters (the younger generation had their own space downstairs). The pool table was very popular, and the three full bathrooms met our needs nicely. We all enjoyed the walking trail near the house as part of our daily routine - an unexpected plus. And we appreciated the games provided. We loved our stay.

This house had EVERYTHING we needed and more! We felt right at home immediately. When traveling with kids, it’s so helpful to find places that aren’t bleached white cookie cutter boxes that make us worried about our kids touching anything. This home made our entire household including our dog feel so welcome! Annie could DEFINITELY charge way more for this place (but shhh don’t tell her that). The neighborhood is covered in beautiful flowers and well-kept homes plus convenient walking distance to stores and necessities. We genuinely cannot wait to visit again and know exactly where we will be staying!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The perfect set up for two couples, nice places to gather and separate spaces for bed and bath. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy, the decor is adorable and the owner was very responsive to our questions with recommendations for restaurants, etc that we didn’t have time to follow up on but were much appreciated! The location is right off I-70 so getting around is easy and a drive to/from Red Rocks was right around 20 minutes. 10/10 would stay here again and next time I might bring my pups along since the place is pet friendly. # Airbnb Stay Review Really enjoyed our stay here! The mid-century modern decor was awesome - loved the vibe throughout the whole place. Perfect spot if you're traveling with dogs. The backyard is huge so our pup had a blast running around, and there's this great trail just a block away that made walks super easy and fun. Great combo of cool design and being super dog-friendly. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a stylish place that welcomes your furry friends!
