Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our two person stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. Katie's response time to questions during our stay was immediate. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Denver. Definitely 5-star.

Two words - dream home! Tassi & Larry were very responsive and made us feel right at home. I was in awe in every single moment of my stay. The place offers great views, a cozy environment, and the hosts are very friendly. 10/10 will be coming back to Idledale to catch a beautiful sunrise and sunset! To be honest, I did not feel like leaving, but that just goes to show that it is a wonderful place for your getaways! Tassi & Larry, I can't thank you enough for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

This place was way too cute. It was so comfy and it such a great location. Unknowingly, we were right next door to where the rehearsal dinner was being held! Great host, great location, great space.

My sister and I stayed at Tomas' place for the night and it was great! It was super clean, easy to checkin and checkout, and we loved the neighborhood. We visited the botanical gardens and some of the restaurants nearby, as well as the Cheery Creek Mall which is just a short drive away. It is a super cute place!

Cozy and comfortable

The place was just as the host described. He responded quickly when I pointed out there was no shower gel by bringing over a fresh bottle. Because we didn’t have an early flight we were glad to help out the host by laundering the towels and bedding.

Had a great stay! Just like the photos/description, and perfect for a girls weekend! The place itself feels tucked away, private, and safe. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the basics. Claire was very helpful when we had questions, and made us feel we could reach out with any needs. We did have issues with the wifi, but wasn’t a big deal since our priority was catching up and quality time. Neighborhood itself was a convenient location for us to explore different areas of the city. We found parking pretty easy but opted to uber at night to avoid losing our spot.

This place was amazing. Hosts were fantastic, the place was quiet in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My first Airbnb experience and Mike and Caleb did not disappoint! Highly recommend staying here!! We felt very safe with the exterior camera and lights. And we appreciated the communication and responsiveness with messages.

We stayed here to be near a family gathering and it was perfect. Miriam was communicative, friendly and super responsive. This guest suite is great for a quick weekend or overnight stay and everything matched the description perfectly. Awesome host!

A short notice trip but Stephen and his wife made this a smooth and comfrtable stay! Very attentative host and flexible with anything I brought up. The place covered all the bases and was super clean, as well very walkable or a quick drive away from major spots.

We absolutely loved our stay — not only was the studio spotless, extremely cute, and cozy, the host was great too!! We fell in love with the area as we were close to the art district, with lots of great restaurants & even night life! Just wishing my own home looked like this one. This is our 2nd time staying here. We stayed here last year couldn't have had a better time. So when we planned our next trip to Denver we knew exactly where to stay. This AirBnb is a gem of a find! You have your own small private house which is so cutely decorated, very clean and has all the amenities --and then some. The kitchen is generously stocked with snacks and drinks, coffee and teas. Our favorite is the peaceful patio filled with native plants from Colorado.Wonderful to sit outside with your coffee in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet. The location is just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store, or short drive/Uber to locations in and around Denver. Finally, Mary & Seth are the ultimate host/hostess. We always enjoyed (and loooked fwd to!) our chats with them and they are so helpful if you need tips/suggestions on things to do. If you are looking for convenience and a quiet, private place to stay - this is it.

Great place to stay! Enjoy time there and the walk wasn’t bad to the stadium to attend a concert.

We've stayed here a few times while visiting family, and we always enjoy the space. The neighborhood is lovely for morning walks, and the unit has a nice bird's eye view.

This was my 2nd time to stay here. We were in Denver to see the Coldplay concert. Loved being able to walk to the stadium from the house! My niece said the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. They are impeccable hosts and we felt right at home. Street parking was always easy to find and just a short walk to the house. Very convenient to downtown Denver. We didn’t cook much but kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Will stay here again when we’re in Denver! Fabulous hospitality!

Peter's place was a sweet little place and I was happy with my stay. The property description is accurate - be certain you are confident climbing a ladder to get to the top bedroom (maybe not perfect for multiple nocturnal visits to the bathroom). The place was clean and the communication clear and friendly. The location is quiet and walkable, only minutes to area restaurants and stores with lots of little neighborhood parks and close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge which is a must-visit. I will plan to stay at Peter's again when I am in the area.

Really great space. Place had a Dutch feel to it. David was so responsive and accommodating. The guidebook was so helpful because the neighborhood has so many great places. Loved the neighborhood.

I stayed at Rick and Kara's for a full week while traveling for work. I previously lived in this neighborhood and cannot say enough good things about the location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops on 32nd street. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There are little extras to make you feel at home. Rick was very responsive in all communications. I look forward to booking again.
