The condo features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds that convert to a king. A full kitchen and a quiet location, just 2 minutes from the beach, make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub have been recently renovated.

Everything that TCI has to offer including restaurants, Grace Bay, shopping, water sport such as scuba diving, jet skiing and much more are with in a 10-20 minute drive from Northwest Point Resort. We do highly recommend that you rent a car.

Sail Loft Port is the left side of our purpose-built guest duplex. Our Sail Loft duplex features two separate but identical efficiency suites, each one equipped with a King Sized bed, bath and kitchenette. The pool is shared with guests who may be staying in the other side. Wander down to the dock and use our SUPs and kayaks in the canal where you are guaranteed to see turtles. Fast WiFi lets you work from home if you must. Smart TVs with Netflix help you wind down after a day of fun.
