This was our second stay at Nate and Stacy’s. Our family felt so comfortable and the pool was an even bigger hit this year!

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

Jessica and Justin responded back very quickly when we had questions or trouble. The place felt like home to my family and I. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. Kitchen items were easily to access when cooking as well

My cousin recommended we stay at this Airbnb when visiting the area to attend my uncle’s funeral. We found that the house is very comfortable, situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and it has everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here as a family of 9 adults and one 11 month old. It was such a perfect place for us, and even better than the description. Very private with an incredible pool. Such attention to detail throughout the house and the grounds, and such interesting design and decor. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to create and share meals together, and the pesence of so many pantry items was great. A very easy 5 minute walk to the village. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely deserving of all five stars.

Would definitely recommend for families wanting space, comfort and togetherness. We were all in town for a wedding and was pleased to have our family and friends together in a country, causal, well equipped home. It’s nothing fancy, but well maintained and gave us lots of space to prepare deserts for the wedding, decorations and meals for our family. Great open kitchen and the kids loved the pool.

6 guys visiting their childhood buddy who moved to the area a few years ago. The house was a perfect home base for us. Just perfect. Open layout, pool after a long day of playing golf, plenty of rooms for privacy, perfect location to all the golf clubs and breweries, bars, restaurants. Daniel and Ruth were super responsive to our needs. Highly recommended to large groups or for families. 🙏🤝

We stayed here for 3 months after our home caught fire. It felt like home from the first day. Rene was so kind. She opened the pool early for us and kept it clean, and the yard was picked up and mowed. She set up snacks for us on move-in day, and the pantry was well stocked. The backyard pool paradise was stunning. Lots of gorgeous plants, trees, and flowers. A Roku TV, Echo Dot, and gas fire pit table on a patio gazebo were perfect for nights out in any weather. This house is on a quiet cul de sac with nice, quiet neighbors on all sides.

We aren't ABB newbies. We have stayed from Florida to Tennessee to elsewhere. NO OTHER ABB matches the meticulous attention to details, true and incomparable cleanliness and responsive caring hosts as Chris & Crystal. Chris knew our stay was a sorrowful one due to our family's funeral. Our children are priority. They needed to feel safe, be in an environment that matches their home and have peace as we began the process of grief. Crystal, Chris' property manager, is a GEM. Truly. She knew we needed respite. This home is SPOTLESS & all amenities needed. No way can someone be as clean and OCD as my wife, yep, Crystal is. This gave my wife the ability to rest. Every other ABB states 4/ 5 ☆ cleanliness. Guests state that. From real experience, none have matched the genuine care to detail of a fresh, clean and on point home as Chris'. I'm talking about our ABB stays where guests state their acclaim. We walk in, knowing those claims are false. Chris & Crystal...the dream team of ABB.

Sweet Tea Cottage lives up to the name: the experience was like a perfectly sweetened tea! Everything about the stay was delightful and designed to make our time here as relaxing as possible for our family. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast at the cute two-seater table in the kitchen every morning. Everything was very clean and organized, which allowed my wife and me to feel at ease and just be able to enjoy the moment. The shower and tub in the master bath were both tranquil and needed lol. Besides all of the amazing qualities that the home itself possesses, Teri the host was a joy to communicate with, complimenting the very apparent fact that her heart is invested in the Sweet Tea Cottage! We will definitely be back without hesitation!! Thanks again!

the house was nice and clean and was exactly as pictured. we had a last minute change to our reservation and they were very accommodating and made renting very easy.

DeAnna’s place was a perfect spot for us to stay to attend a wedding. The spaciousness was just what we needed. Very clean and lovely.

Our stay at Nics place was wonderful! We loved all the games in the garage, the space in the house and the fenced in backyard. Nic was very accommodating. Close to grocery stores, downtown Pinehurst and lots of good restaurants . Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

I came to the 19th hole for my bachelor party with a group of 10 and it was the perfect stay. Everything was tidy and convenient and the place was great. The backyard is awesome for hanging around, and the location makes it easy to check out local spots. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great location within 5 min walk of a nice little downtown area. Great restaurants and bars right at your doorstep. 5 min from all the golf courses we needed - excellent spot and an incredible deal for 4Br.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The family room had plenty of comfortable seating. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to golf restaurants and shops. The 3 couples in our group all enjoyed the stay. I give this place 5 stars!!!

The house was very comfortable and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. it was a short drive to Carolina Horse Park. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Home was stunning, beautifully decorated, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The community was stunning and my wife felt very safe walking our dog around the community each evening. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. That was a big bonus in our opinion. It was like each individual family had their own hotel room, but in a beautiful home. Erin was great at communicating and we will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place for a long weekend while attending our niece’s wedding. The home was spotless and exceptionally clean, making us feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to many great spots. Christian was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions we had. One of our favorite features was the spacious and beautiful outdoor deck, complete with plenty of seating and a nice gas grill—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This is probably one of the cleanest, most comfortable, home like AirBnbs we’ve stayed at. All the extra amenities, the safe- quiet street and the pool table were all great on top of it being very modern and comfy.

This property is perfect for our family when we travel to Southern Pines to visit friends and family in the area. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything is clean. The location is perfect for walking into town. Hosts are very responsive to any questions. This is our second stay here and we look forward to staying again.
